PEC & OEC Registration Procedure (VTU Portal)

Important Instructions

• Only 12-week (3-credit) courses must be selected.
• The selected PEC & OEC should not be part of the regular BE curriculum.

Step 1: Visit VTU Online Portal

Open the VTU online portal using the official website.

Step 2: Click on Sign In

Click on the Sign In option available on the homepage.

Step 3: Create Account / Login

Create your account if you are a new user. Existing users can log in directly.

Step 4: Register for PEC & OEC

After logging in, navigate to Academics → Register for PEC and OEC.

Step 5: Fill Basic Details

Enter all basic details carefully and click Save and Continue.

Step 6: Fill Academic Details & Choose PEC/OEC

Fill academic information and select your PEC and OEC, then save and continue.

Documents Required (Soft Copy)

• Passport size photograph
• Signature
• Identity proof (Aadhaar Card)
